No you can't grill I was approached by the Warwick police while grilling and was told that it's not allowed but some do grill the officer was their to close the park at 8pm it was the first time I was told that it's not allowed he stated that their are postings stating that you cant grill upon entry to the park in which I didn't see.
I do believe there is an area where you can set up and have a cook out at Conimicut Point.
