You really should meet a bird and see how it takes to you, and you to it before considering adding it to your family. Exporting birds is costly and there is usually a lengthy quarantine period involved. I don't know if they export at the rescue, but it would be prudent to look for one in your home country rather than overseas

No. They do not ship. They only adopt out to the R.I. Ma. and Ct. areas and require bonding visits for most of the birds. They also do home visits before and after adoptions to be sure that the home is suitable.
