How does this place not find a veteran living there, dies and still pays rent over three yrs, that's a corrupt place.. No matter how you look at this?!!!

I think it's truly sad, what happened to him. I hope there will be some very SERIOUS changes, on situations like that, but I can only say that I honestly do, feel safe living here.
