Worst place to stay. Last month here, and people that work in the front office. Can't do simple math. Gave my 60 day notice back in Jan. For a price that was told and signed by the employer. But when going to the front to comfort her. She said made a mistake, and didn't know how she came up with a monthly $148 short. Apt is dirty and smells like weed coming from the closet. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE!

Yesenia is amazing and the complex is beautiful and quiet! I just moved in and the community and staff are incredible! I will be calling this place home for a long time! I'm currently pregnant and can't wait to raise my child in such a warming and lovely community.If you want peace of mind, peace and quiet and an actual staff that cares, then this is the place for you. These are the best apartments we've ever lived in and they're worth the price! We have a 1 bedroom and it's very spacious, and maintained due to the amazing maintenance that (get this) are on call 24/7 for emergencies!! They actually have been out to my apartment for minor things and the issues were fixed to where they didn't have to ever come back and redo it unlike previous complexes I've stayed in! Everything you see online is legit about the apartments and I couldn't believe I got approved for this place because it's so wonderful!! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I just called to get some general information about the community and spoke with Yesenia. She was incredibly welcoming and kind! I was calling for a general market survey update, and most times these can be very tedious for apartment communities to work with me on. Typically I am met with an unwelcoming attitude, but definitely not here! It was a pleasant surprise. If Yesenia was this kind and welcoming to me, how much more I am sure she is with her residents and prospects! Would definitely recommend checking this community out based on my experience with the staff!
