I am/was interested in staying here. I had planned on calling tomorrow to set up a time to view the property, however, as someone that reads reviews emphatically...I must say this property scares me. I am HUGE on customer service as the people who work at these properties would NOT have a job without residents, but not many office staff seem to appreciate that fact. Rudeness of any kind will NOT be tolerated if I am to stay at a property. I also read the manager and property responses to the complaints...and they say the same thing, please contact us so we can discuss it but if they read the comments, they would see the people complaining have already contacted you and you did nothing. Therefore, the reply of please contact us so we can work it out is simply to make yourself look good. Office staff, maybe you should consider this...if you showed consideration, courtesy, and kindness from the start, there would be less complaints about your poor customer service. Nevertheless, I'm going to call tomorrow, the day after memorial day just to see how I am treated and then I will know for sure if the reviews are accurate. Thank you, from a future tenant, or MAYBE NOT!

I go with my husband monthly to his work meetings with him and sometimes they hold the meetings here. It's a very nice place with a venue for meetings, Zumba classes, etc...and they have their own library which is always cool. This place is always nice and clean inside and out.

I contacted the leasing office and spoke with Sandra. I informed her about my studio unit (Hampton Building - #208 - 2nd floor) wreaking of tobacco smoke since Tuesday, Nov., 30, 2021. I inquired about the DeSoto Town Center Community being a “Smoke-Free” environment. Sandra confirmed as “yes” to our community being “smoke-free.” The tobacco smoke has settled in my apartment and raises my health concerns. It’s traveling through ALL of my vents into my unit. I strongly believe the new residents whom have moved into the Hampton Building (1st floor - either unit #106 or #107) are smoking in their apartments. I’ve renewed my lease for another year and DO NOT want to be the victim of an unnecessary diagnosis of Cancer due to second-hand smoking or live in this type of atmosphere. I have severe allergies, which such has caused an intense reaction. Please reprimand and enforce the community rules to the residents and regulations to avoid myself from taking legal actions. Don’t think I’ll be moving here. I scheduled a tour on Thursday for 9am. I arrived And there was only one young lady there. She was new and had zero knowledge about the complex. She didn’t even know an appointment had been scheduled. I don’t blame her though she was new. My issue is there are apparently two other women who work in the office however they were not there. Why would you leave someone there who knows nothing about the complex there alone??? Did no one check the website to see that an appointment had been scheduled? The young lady that was there was finally able to get keys to a model with help from I’m assuming one of the maintenance workers and it was very nice.she was really sweet and I don’t fault her for my experience because she was new.

Unfortunately, we do not have three bedrooms here. However, I do have a sister property nearby called The Jane at Preston Trails who has three bedrooms. There number is (972) 362-0478
I think it's truly sad, what happened to him. I hope there will be some very SERIOUS changes, on situations like that, but I can only say that I honestly do, feel safe living here.

Not sure if they accept vouchers or not, but they do have balconies/patios. They also have washer/dryer connections. No laundromat in the apartments.
Your best bet is to go their website and Email them. They respond pretty quickly normally. But i believe the deposits are 200-300$
