I live in RI. Am I able to bring my gun to the range there?

Yes. You have to go directly from home to the range. No stops in between allowed

Yes. We also offer a daily competition. Shoot that target and you are logged in as being at AFS for the competition. And as Allan stated, make sure to follow the laws about transporting. Gun locked separate from ammunition, no loaded mags, to and from the range.....same as if you were traveling in RI
