I had a great experience at this range!! The staff are very nice and extremely professional. The range officer was awesome. I can't wait to bring my son for his first time at a range. Definitely going back and gonna bring as many other people with me as I can!!! Range options are not bad. Sometimes there are reservations so can limit access. People that work here are mostly nice except a couple of them are a little on the rough side. The first time takes a little to register so go earlier if you never been and are meeting up with someone there. Once you register once you will be quick after tha.. I've been shooting here for awhile now and recommend it.

I attended a session with a friend who purchased a Groupon. From the moment we entered the facility we were greeted by friendly, educated professionals. I had never held a gun, nor did I really have an interest. I was pleasantly surprise at how much I enjoyed the session. Our instructor Charlie was wonderful and supportive. A real likable down to earth guy., and an excellent instructor. His knowledge and experience were evident. He explained every aspect involved and never took his eyes off us to ensure our safety. Even when we switched guns, I was impressed at the procedure with packing up the gun before allowing us to handle them. These guys run a tight ship and know what they are doing. I felt safe and protected with all the safety requirements and procedures. I highly recommend this school. The atmosphere was comfortable and (surprisingly) not intimidating. I did pretty well and really enjoyed myself. We’re going back soon.

It is. We are a public range and also have memberships. All sorts of rentals. Come in and check us out!
Yes. Only members can reserve time but you should have no problem. Just come on in and we will get you on the range as quick as possible. You will also need a valid picture ID
Yes. Hours are 9-9 but there are times the range is booked with agencies. Please see the calendar on our website for availability.

I wouldn't bring a gun without an LTC, but as long as you and your friend have valid drivers licenses, you should be able to rent a firearm. Very reasonable rental fees

You can, but you have to have at least one other person with you. That person does not need an LTC/FID either. They won't let you rent a firearm without a buddy unless you bring your own gun. It's a safety thing I guess.

Per person You do not need to own a firearm in order to shoot at AFS. If you don't have an LTC, you can rent one of their firearms, but you must bring somebody there to shoot with you. That person is not required to have an LTC. If you do have an LTC, you are not required to bring someone to shoot with you. You can bring your own firearm(s), or rent from AFS. Firearm rentals range from $7 to $15 depending on what you want to rent Ammunition is $6.00 to $35.00 per 50 rounds Targets $0.30 to $2.00 per target
