Very welcoming upon arrival. Store was very clean and all machines were working. The mango and pomegranate flavors are still my favorite. There was no problem with checking out.

I’ve loved this style of “frozen yogurt bar” since they became popular many years ago. This Sweet Frog has a decent selection of flavors, and I’ve liked all the ones I’ve tried. However, the place in general has an air of uncleanliness & abandonment (it’s located in a shopping center that also feels that way to me). I don’t know if it was actually unclean, or just felt that way. Scribbled handwritten signs, a bucket of cleaner sitting open (on a table in the middle of customers & next to dispensers), the stack of cups feels haphazardly placed in such a way as to create a “wall” the front and back of store, lack of attention/interest from the employees. The toppings area looks vaguely sticky. I would be unlikely to return to this location, except I don’t have many options. 10 years ago you could find a frozen yogurt bar on every corner, now they are scattered or non-existent. And I really do like the options (flavor choices, topping choices, variety for my picky family, the Dole Whip) that a fro-yo bar provides. And the prices are decent. So yeah, I’ll be back. Also, in case you think 4 stars seems like a lot with my complaints, I “rounded up” because I’d be very sad to see this place go. And honestly, it really is inconsequential to me how attentive the employees are, but I know it matters to other people
