@Deanna Rodriguez the trails are natural and several will be difficult for strollers. "Eagle Point," which is the most traveled, is a 1-mile trail that is solidly packed and usually dry. The trail conditions are posted at a large kiosk off the parking lot. This is the best way to ensure your trail is dry and ready to travel.
I've actually seen someone push a stroller(with a dog) on the one. Some parts are hard packed sand, some dirt and shell (packed down), some parts boardwalk, so it shouldn't be too bad just not in the rainy season. Happy trails!
