So...spent many years coming down to Florida to put the final touches on our travel plans for our retirement. Looked at many places, talked to many people and then stumbled on Blue Heron. Dont have history here so my review is based on first impressions, but first impressions led me to make a purchase! Looking forward to making a home here for part of the year for now. If you visit see the wonderful ladies in the sales office!

A friend heard about this 55 and over park, and wanted to see it so we drove her there and we loved it. I think she did as well. We have seen many parks in the area, but this one was so nice and I would even consider moving there as they have homes with double car garages. That is the only way that my husband would move there because the cars would be garaged. We have yet to have a grand tour but we will think about doing that in the very near future. Weather was inclement the day we drove through so unfortunately I didn't get any pictures.

Yes the pool is beautiful and heated! Clubhouse is huge with exercise room, library and games room. Daily, weekly and monthly events are always planned. The golf course is the added benefit with nice par 3's and great resident pricing. Total package!
