You can make an appointment. This way you will have a shorter wait time.
It's both, however it is extremely busy and you are best served getting an appointment. I had an appointment on Saturday and it took over 2 hrs to see me for a rapid test. Worth it in the end but be prepared to wait mostly within the parking lot.
