Call customer service
You always call customer service first before you take it to the store.
U best keep it because they normally tell u to send it back to the company i don't buy there Electronics is too complicated even with a receipt sometimes they tell you to send it back to the company yourself
Either they replace it or you should get your money back because it was their mistake I'm not yours
You should call the corporate I guess and see what they can do. It isn't your fault they sent you the wrong tv etc. Go on Google and find a number of A customer service representative. That is really weird because you figured they would have told you to send it back to there warehouse or something
