The girl behind the counter is a snotty little brat. Not helpful at all trying to return something to Amazon. Then told me I couldn't leave a package to return that UPS destroyed. Greeted with, "What are we doing?" When I first came in the door. What we're not doing is representing our brand very well. Then pulled the door so I couldn't enter with the next box, like a 12 year old.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Shipped back a phone to Verizon. Got my receipt. Verizon said they never received it and charged me $400. Checked ups website and says shipping label created at ups store, but never shipped. Went back to ups store and girl said "not our fault". I asked them to look it up and she said "nope". I asked to speak to the owner and she said the owner never calls customers, so I'm not going to even tell him. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience today was almost comical. I went to the UPS store on 540a to mail a small 10x7 mailer envelope. It contained PAPER menus weighing 1lb 12.6 oz. I wish I had taken a photo, truly the smallest mailer they make. I believe the man’s name is Chris. He is older, greyish hair and glasses. He said it would be $30.45 to mail it about 2.5 hours from here. I almost fell over. THIRTY DOLLARS. I have mailed Christmas packages to Colorado for less 📦. I said something must’ve been entered incorrectly- he said no that is the price for ground UPS and that they no longer offer USPS shipping? I said no thank you and took the package to the next closest UPS store. A very friendly young man helped me - and the ground UPS shipping price for that package was only $10.71!!!! So a $20 difference??? Unbelievable. That is price gouging. I have experienced this before at the 540A store but never this extreme. I took the receipt back to the 540a UPS store to ask the man WHY his price was so much higher. He scrambled a little then said, “well the price may have been higher because the envelope wasn’t a rectangle 😂😂😂😂”. A 10x 7 mailer envelope is a rectangle. So because it wasn’t a true rectangle the price to mail it was $20 higher? Give me a break. I hate to thing how many naive, gullible or elderly people they take advantage of up there. I will gladly drive the extra 6 minutes to Lake Miriam UPS store from now on.
