Best Tmobile experience ever. Vic was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. My wife traded her iPhone in on an android and she was afraid she would loose her pictures switching phones like that. Vic guaranteed that she would not loose any pictures. My wife did not loose any pictures, apps or her Screensaver. The place was very busy and other employees were asking him questions because Vic is the man. Not one time did he's loose focus on us or push us to the side. The man can multi task. I highly recommend this Tmobile location. You won't be disappointed. It can't get busy but hang in there and they will take care of you.

I want to truly recommend this T-Mobile store. I went in to upgrade 2 phones on our line and repair a phone. They were so quick and so friendly. We were helped by Jeanette, Laly and Mike. The manager on site Craig had to step in a few times just because I situation was a little unique due to the devices being upgraded. Even though we were not able to take home the phones on the spot, they really went above & beyond for us. We also got T-Mobile at home Internet which we now love. Truly such a pleasant experience.

The guy that helped me was fine, but he failed to mention that I wouldn't receive my pre-ordered device on the release date. What was the point of pre-ordering a device that I will not be getting on a pre-ordered basis? It should have been ready to pick up on the release date, when in fact it will not even be SHIPPED until at least 4 days later. Really let down by the fact that I was not informed of this. I was also not advised that there was a 200 dollar Samsung credit that came with the pre-order offer Please do better!

Do not visit this store. Their “experts” have no idea what they are doing and will take your money just for their commission. I attempted to buy a phone as a gift for Christmas and was convinced to pay a 3 month balance on my phone to trade in. However, the expert ended up paying off the wrong phone balance and after coming to the store twice, could not undo their error. I was told they were going to give me a refund and it’s been 2 weeks and the money isn’t back on my account. Every time I try to call of store to talk to the store manager Caesar, either he is not at the office or they do not answer the phone. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years and for the first time, I want to switch. They have no customer service anymore. All they care about it their commission.

It depends on what plan you get they are based on how much you use your phone
I don't know but best to call them and ask them so they don't or make payment arrangements. They are usually willing to work with you.
Sprint will cut your phone off if you are late on payment. But this is not done at a store location. They can turn your phone on at a store location.
