Terrible time with these people, after many trips back with faulty device- (2.5 hours on phone with "support"- not including times it kept hanging up!!) Even made appointment since I am a 1\2 hour away, just to have lady say "system just went down, can't do anything, call support" -(she said it like she loved it).. This time I need to buy another Sim even though device is only a month and a half old, with no guarantee it will work!?! So they blame either manufacturer or tech guys, and they blame store.. Forget ever getting in contact with any area manager or corporate office either, after this I'm going to report them on the BBB website.

Do not go here! They will sell you a phone but will blame the manufacturer for any problems and basically tell you too bad! I bought a $2,000 phone and the Bluetooth constantly disconnects and they will do nothing to help me other than tell me to "contact samsung". If I have to deal with samsung then I will but directly from samsung from now on and not give these guys my business.

Denise and Asia are the dream team! I came in trying to set up a business account. I had to give my 1099, my schedule C and had to send a piece of mail with my new address and the old one that we moved from in April. Even if they don’t approve me, Denise is on it! Asia is the manager and they truly love their job and are so very good at it. Fingers crossed we get approved 🙄

Asia helped me AGAIN!!! I am old and once a yr I screw SOMETHING on my phone and need one of the nice YOUNG people to help me. I watched her take care of several other people while I was there and she is very knowledgeable and VERY good with us old people. Thank you Asia. If I was 100 yrs. younger omg. Lol
