That's what I've been hearing and not only Walmart but most grocery stores Started getting reusable bags before they raise the prices on them as well

Cashier acted like they were out cause the warehouse was out but she said come January, they will stop having plastic bags. Guess 25cent inserts will be installed on on buggies like Aldi's
