This company is a complete rip off they charge 75.00 for a break down with no fee I took my car in June it’s now Nov and he still has yet to give me the fee to complete the services the son was rude

I have taken my car here a few times now. The owner is willing to work with you about getting repairs done and has been very fair with me.

This Young lady came in to have her vehicle check out because it had a coolant leak . We told her what the problem was and gave her an estimate for the repair. She had some other issues with the vehicle and ask us if we could check those out as well. We did However She decided to take the vehicle and said she didn't have the money to get any of the repairs done at this time . I told her that it was going to take me some extra time to give her estimates for the other repairs and agree that it was OK with her because she didn't have the money to get anything repaired at this time. We didn't rip anybody off and gave her a price for the the original complaint that she came in for. She is upset with the whole situation with her vehicle needing so much work and wants to share some of her frustration off on me.I also told her that the she would get 75. 00 credit towards any of the repairs if she decided to have us repair her vehicle . She hasn't brought the vehicle back to do anything
