Very disappointed with how I was treated at this location. I had a 9 o’clock appointment and two hours later I’m giving an estimate for work that needs to be done before they can do the work that I came here to do. Not only that, the estimate they gave me for the work was significantly out of line from what it should be according to the flat rate guide used. When I asked him to show me why the work that they recommend it was needed, they told me the vehicle had already been removed from the rack and that it would be several hours before they could get it back in again. I’m leaving here and taking it to another shop. And if I find out the work recommended really wasn’t necessary I’ll be posting another review UPDATE IN REPLY TO OWNER"S COMMENTS I did not bully anyone. I simply asked them to justify the recommendations that were being made. Your staff quoted me almost $1200 to replace the wheel bearings, for example. A job that, it turned out, was quoted almost 2x as much as it should have been. What would that mean to a customer that doesn't know what the true cost should be? How many other customers has your staff misquoted, to the customers' disadvantage? I was also not given the opportunity to be shown the issue. Don't you think that it is only fair that a customer who is waiting and asks to be shown why a repair is recommended be taken to their car and shown? My vehicle wasn't even in the shop at that point, and I was told it would be several more hours before they could bring it back in. Oh, by the way, I inspected the bearings myself when I returned home. There is nothing wrong with either of them. My original request was to have a front end alignment done. I was told that you could do the job on my vehicle as I specifically asked if your alignment equipment could handle the job. Best you look at the last line in the estimate I was provided. Your technician stated, and I quote, "Rear wheels hang off rack. There are no camber or caster adjustments. So if vehicle is pulling its because of tires and suspension. I could only center the steering wheel." This is also incorrect. The camber and caster can be adjusted and I told your service advisor that the cam bushings needed to do just that had already been installed. Shall I go on? Again, I did not bully anyone. I did share, after hearing a lot of BS backed by little fact, that I had the experience and training to be able to ask the questions I was asking. And your staff should have the training they need to be able to answer what were legitimate questions. My experience at your location is not what I expected from a CBA shop, and I would be glad to have us both share our sides of the story with CBA corporate leaders if you think that is appropriate.

This company really stands behind their customer service. In the current climate of staff shortages and companies that unable to maintain competent workers, Christian Brothers stands out as an anomaly. I have been going here for about a year and always got what I was promised. If I was told 1 hour wait, that is what I waited, if I was told a price, that is what I paid....etc. This week, I brought my car in and dropped it off and it wasn't ready as promised but they called me and reset my expectations very appropriately. The next day, I got a call first thing in the morning that my car was ready so I requested for the courtesy shuttle to pick me up but there was a miscommunication in their software program so the pick up request never got communicated to their driver. I ended having a family member drive me there to pick up my car. When I got there, they chose not to charge me for the oil change and tire rotation. The manager came out to apologize to me. Wow! This is what great companies of made of.....not that delays or miscommunications never happen but the fact that they will go over the top to make it up to you. They have me as a customer for life even though they are slightly pricer.....they are reliable and they will always make it right for you!!!!

WOW! Amazing Service! Son brought in the car with a black plastic piece hanging under the engine. Asked them to take a look and see if they could fix it. Got a call 2 hours later to come get the car, it was ready. I was a little nervous since no one had called to quote a price but kept my cool. To my amazement they had repaired it at no charge. Said it was a quick and easy fix. This was my first experience with Christian Brothers but I can tell you it won't be my last. They could have made a few bucks off this trip, but didn't. Now they will have a long term customer. Very impressive to say the least. Very professional from start to end and the car looks great. Just so happy right now.

I've gone here twice for service on two different Jeeps. I must say they are the nicest, most polite people in the service industry I've ever come across. I highly recommend this place. They offer quotes on the work they do and make recommendations. They explain pros and cons and don't pressure you to get work done you don't need. I've found my new car place! Eric & Greg are a pleasure to deal with. You also see cool cars there all the time. Thanks gents!
