I must have called over 25 shops trying to get my old Toyota Land Cruiser fixed. Lou's is the only one that agreed to look at it. Not only were they able to find parts and make necessary repairs, but Orlando from the shop called me frequently to keep me updated on the progress (finding and getting the parts took a few weeks). The shop was very communicative and helpful and VERY reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again for any of my auto needs.

Took our Legacy Subaru to Lou's with a major oil leak. They are very courteous and have great integrity. They fixed the car plus some other items needing repair. We have taken both of our cars to this shop for the last couple of years and you can always depend on them getting it right! A+ Service!

Got a quote for an oil change and tire rotate and balance on a 4 cylinder car that takes 4.1 quarts of oil. This places price was $179. Went to Tire World on Hillsborough and Highland and paid less than $60 for the same service. Lou's Total Car Care is right next to my house, but they will never get my business.
