The answer suggesting the website is very generic. I DID a quick check of NH DMV site & it clearly states that you may apply for a duplicate title IN PERSON AT ANY DMV OFFICE. It's not a service they offer online. They want to see the person. See the identification. We can imagine that it would be fairly easy for someone who has ever serviced the vehicle to collect the info needed to apply online. Sorry to disappoint but you'll have to walk into a DMV office, in Concord or one of the regional satellite offices & apply in person. Just ask google "how can I get a duplicate automobile title?" You'll see for yourself. I've done it. It costs $30 & it takes about 30 days.
Check the DMV Website for information on services, in person or online services.
