This is the only place I will get my nails done! The salon environment is extremely friendly, clean, and efficient. It is easy and accessible to make an appointment online, but the wait time for a walk-in is usually never long either. I always leave with exactly what I asked for, and my manicures last a long time. I also appreciate how the prices are reasonable and consistent. They know what they're doing here, and they always take the time to ensure quality, cleanliness, respect, customer satisfaction, and fun!!

Edit: I called the salon and Michelle was amazing. She offered my next appt to be complimentary. I was seen by Vi today and she was fantastic. She was quick and efficient and was amazing each step of the way. I will be coming to see Vi from now on and I’m happy to see a business who values their customers and wants to fix issues versus ignoring them. Thank you again! Attaching a photo of the nails Vi did today. Thank you! I came here last night for an appointment at 6 20. I was taken right away but the entire time I kept telling Vannie that she wasn’t filing my nails right and that the top part (which I wanted round) was uneven. I couldn’t tell if it was the powder going back or her filing. After explaining it almost 10 times one of the male technicians finally told her what I was saying and she filed the top of them like I wanted. I’m not happy with my nails but I just wanted to be out of there. I previously saw Vi and she was amazing and I was happy to come back but this experience really made me not want to go back. I tried to add photos but on camera it’s a little hard to see. There’s one nail where the dip isn’t on my entire nail, others where there are marks beneath the top coat and they look bad and I wanted round these are more square with round edges. Vannie kept trying to blame it on me saying it was my natural nail and say it needs to be with tips to work but I’ve been doing dip powder for over 3 years now and had no issue. I just moved to Concord from MA so this experience was disappointing.

I called and set an appointment late in the day on a Saturday AND for 1 hour before they closed…I had Van as my tech and she was amazing. The salon I went to prior BUTCHERED my nails. She was honest and told me that I should cut my nails and use dip to have them grow stronger rather than charge more and have me do a soak off of my current dip and another full set. Very professional and kind staff and it’s super clean too. I had come here prior and had a terrible experience (pervious ownership and tech are no longer there) so this was a nice change. Will be back!

They were super friendly well I was there! I had Vi and I let her know I had an issue with the last place I got my nails done that they took out a chinch of my Actual nail, it was sorta healed by the time I went to Foxys nails. Vi was super sweet and gentle with my nails and they came out absolutely beautiful!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
