Usually, in my limited experience, NH requires that the residence be a primary residence.. Do not publish that for Gospel. A friend lives between FLA & NH and he was required to declare his primary residence. He chose FLA because even tho he is physically in NH most of the time, FLA registration made more sense for monetary reasons. Just like the answer above, I truly recommend calling & going thru the gruel of menus plus wait time for the only answer that matters.
Complex question for a complex situation. I don't think even the website will give a straight answer. Sometimes you just have to use a phone or go in person asking questions.
