Actually the best time to visit is after 3:30 pm. Then they will be back from Therapy, Dr.'s Appointments and the Nurses working with them. However a staff person told me that Visiting hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. 7 days a week.
Its 24 hours door do at lock from 7pm to 7 am but u can ring a bell and someone from staff will let you in
