My mother is in there and not getting the treatment she is supposed to be getting, PT and Wound Care. The PT Dept. are the only ones that will call you back and do their job. Communication is overall horrible, you get misinformation and that is only IF someone will call you back. The nurse will promise to take care of something and it does not happen. Over and over. You cannot even get in touch of the wound care person there, you just have to "walk around and try to find him" as I was told by the Social Services person, Lisa. Trying to get updates or records is like pulling teeth. She is doing worse there, not better. She was there once before and it was a better experience and with several different staff members than this time.

Day one, the lack of nursing skills is alarming. Upon arrival I was met by staff that seemed attentive but when it has come to daily mess that Γ¬ must continue the nursing staff either ignored or refused to distribute.

If I could give them a zero I definitely would! Having someone wait for over two hours to go to the bathroom is totally unacceptable and this happened many times. Yes the room call button was pressed numerous times. Our family could go on for quite some time about the inadequate service at this facility. Meals at this facility are a joke! Meals come whenever and dinner could come as late as 7pm. I don’t call a piece of bologna and a piece of cheese slapped between two pieces of bread a dinner. Yes we did talk to the Nutritionist and very little improved. For the amount that this facility charges it is disgraceful! I could go on and on and this is definitely not over as I will be notifying the state of Florida as well as UnitedHealth Care with all of the appropriate information and documentation. 🚨Do your family member a favor and do not consider this facility for their care as they have proven that they don’t care!🚨 ### Don’t insult my intelligence with your generic response that you put on every single person’s negative review. ###

Neglected to care for my father, he called many times for someone to help him nobody came he tried yelling calling for help. They weren't feeding him his sugar was low at 25. He fell on the floor for I don't know how long and went into a coma. He was taken to gulf coast hospital maybe about 3 weeks before being taken off life support and passed away. If my father hadn't went there in the first place he would've been alive today. As for ManorCare, Shut em down πŸ‘Ž

Don't recommend being here. P T is fair, without PT and OT both myself and 90 yr old roommate would have been in disasters more than once!!

When your hired it's offered to you in your acceptance letter. It's then given out in 4 installments over a year depending on how many hours you worked. As long as you are part time you should get all of the bonus. Nurses get 5000 bonus.
