I visited a resident today at Page Rehab and was greeted warmly by nurse Beulah. The resident was in PT and I was impressed by the staff who were polite and helpful in pointing out specific rooms that the resident can utilize. I met with Social Services briefly and they were helpful and friendly.

Page is lucky to have such a great team from corporate down to their hourly team members. The quality of care and commitment to excellence is noticeable when entering the building. On top of having a gorgeous building the overall experience here is wonderful. Had to share !

My mother is currently staying here after major back surgery. The nurses have been doing a horrible job tending to her - a nurse didn’t replace the bandage on her back all day, the wound opened up, and she had to be taken to the hospital. Even now, her bandage fell off, and her nurse said she “doesn’t have time to replace it right now”. One day, a nurse gave her insulin when she didn’t need it and her blood sugar dipped dangerously low - and the nurse tried to give her insulin AGAIN the next day when her blood sugar was still below normal. It takes hours for the nurses to replace her diaper (she has a UTI now, most likely from being forced to sit in dirty diapers for hours, and it’s unclear if the nurses intend to give her antibiotics to treat it). She’s supposed to be receiving physical therapy daily, and some days she never ends up leaving her bed. She and my father can’t get a hold of her social worker either. This place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I have major concerns for my mother’s health and well-being.

My grandmother has been here for many years and during covid we have not been able to see her for quite some time. My sister has her wedding this year but desperately wanted to include my grandmother in it so we had a small ceremony with her there today. The staff and caregivers could not have possibly done more to be welcoming and helpful. They organized a beautiful ceremony for us with beautiful decorations and wonderful snacks. My sister herself started her nursing career in a nursing home and it is truly a selfless profession where the people do it for their love of the patients and we could see that today. Thank you so much for loving my sweet grandma when we all couldn't be with her. It meant the world to us. ♡♡

Keep calling. The staff are busy taking care of the residents, showering them, feeding them, giving out meds, doing treatments, admitting new residents. Just keep calling, someone will be close enough to hear a phone.
Find out the extension to the ward you need, it is actually the direct number. Eventually someone will answer
There is one bathroom in each resident room. The the bathroom is shared between roommates, but not with other resident's rooms.
It's good. Every place has issues. The staff cares. The food is good and the place is clean.
