Do they require babies (1yr. Old) to be in a car seat during the trip?

Not sure, but I've never seen a kid in a car seat on the ferry. There is nothing to stop it to, so I don't think so.

It seem to be not required but parents has own responsibility of their baby. They have a faithful dog and baby will love her.

No policy is set by the service apparently, but the Coast Guard states that a baby should be 18 pounds or more to ride on any boat and have a PFD on.

I don't think so,but U'd just have to hold'em during the ride.
