All campaign materials must have a disclaimer saying who paid for it however it could be paid for by an entity other than the candidate. Candidates are not required to include their political affiliation and in many municipal elections in Florida the municipality requires them not to divulge their party affiliation. However, if materials are from a campaign there should be a disclaimer such as "Paid for by (candidate name) for (office)."
