Its a good idea to call them & ask for appt if available that day. They have 3 or 4 vets on duty so odds are they can take you that day. I got same day appt for my cat when he had upper resp problem last week. They are open until 7pm I"m pretty sure.
If it is a non emergency then yes. They are very good about getting you an appointment as soon as possible.
No, they can accept walk-in's if you must be seen AND emergencies are in that category. But they rather you make appts. Like they said above, appts can be made & you can be seen possibly even same day but if not the day after for sure. Walk-ins for easy stuff like nail trims, anal gland expression, etc probably won't be a problem that day but if you're a new client, again, appts are preferred. Emergency services do not require appts if you are new.
