You are kidding. You can't smoke around a group of people. So, I would say no.
You know i haven't seen anything about not doing it but im sure the county can tell you sorry not much help.
Haven't seen anything posted banning it. If you wanted to be on the super safe side you could contact the county sheriff's department. I know they have a part in patrolling the beach.
