IRB has a dog park off 10th and Gulf blvd but no beach... There is a dog beach on the bayside right under the West Bay Belleair Causeway that dogs love! Try it
Go to state parks and county parks. You can find them there, just do a search
No pets allowed on the beack
Fort de sota has a dog friendly beach only certain areas
No pets allowed on Indian rocks beach. I'm unsure of which beaches allow them but not this one.
