I would say they probably do but this place isn't much more than a first aid station you'd be better off to go on down to the big Tampa General Hospital
There definately are a large group of cardiac docs they go from brandon to tampa regularly however depending on the care you require they may refer you to the other location so def call in advance to check
They might have access to one, but it seems to be more like a large urgent care hospital. Usually only one doctor in emergency and a few nurses.
I'm not sure but I will bet they do their top notch
