Since my first meeting with Dr. Kiang at the United Vein Center, I had found him and the medical assistants and office staff to be very professional, knowledgable, helpful and very caring of my questions and concerns. Dr. Kiang explains everything clearly and takes time to answers any questions or concerns that I would have before a procedure. All the vein procedures that have been done on my legs have made a big difference in my life. I sleep better, work outside without leg pain and I can exercise more. It has been great to feel so good. I thank Dr. Kiang and all his staff of professionals for their respect and care. As a patient, I could feel and see that all of them, no matter the work position, enjoyed their job and did indeed care about people. That means a lot to me. Again, thank you.

They wouldn't want me in their advertisements as "my legs don't feel like they are new". Nothing has changed out of 5 treatments. And their billing system is awful. They rarely sent statements and then would call looking for a payment. I explained I always pay after receiving a statement, which was rare to receive. Gave ridiculous excuses. Thank goodness I am finally paid in full and promise to never return to them again.
