IF YOUR INSURANCE HAS OPTIONS FOR ANOTHER FACILITY PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!! This facility shouldn't be open. The team here puts a bad reputation on Tampa General Hospital name. The techs and nurses assistants give attitudes like we the people made them choose the career industry they're in. They speak badly about patients in front of other patients. There's no organization, there's no empathy is the building, there's no respect for no one except the people that's delivering lunch. They wait times are absurd and the hygiene of the place is blah for a medical facility. I would trust no one to even check my vitals let alone draw blood. This is our 3rd visit and all were strikes. So it wasnt a bad day and obviously it doesnt get better. A waste of time and insurance money. I will find out the correct ladder to get all these reviews to the person because no one is following up on these complaints. This place doesn't even deserve the one star needed to make the review.

Don’t waste you time! They don’t seem to pick up the phone most of the time, and if they do, they are rude and will hang up on you. I was referred here for a follow up appointment after a visit to the Tampa General ER, but this place is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! TGH needs to fix their personnel issues here or sever the affiliation.
