I come to this CVS all the time and the staff is always on point, very patient, and super helpful. Whether it was to pick up a prescription, visit the minute clinic or purchase some essentials, I've always had a pleasant experience. I was able to meet Karina (district manager) during one of my visits who helped me obtain covid test kits :)

Every time I have gone here to pick up a prescription there is a 10 minute or longer wait. I fully believe they don't fill anything until you show up to get it. I went to pick up 3 prescriptions and was presented with one with no explanation. it was only after I asked that I learned one was denied because it was available over the counter. Had I just paid and walked out I would not have known that it wasn't in the bag. The third, I was told wasn't received. So I went home, called the doc and was assured it was sent and was told to have CVS call them. Called CVS, spoke to someone who said no they still didn't get it. I asked them to call to doc, they said they would. Waited about 30 or so minutes and called back. It had to go through my story twice with two different people only to find out they didn't get a hold of the doc. I gave them a number I used to EASILY reach them, and the eternal wait continues. If I didn't have to use this pharmacy because of my insurance I wouldn't. It is always something.
