If anyone knows of open lists for low income individuals, I'm trying to help a woman who is homeless, so please, let me know of open lists. She's on SSI and extremely low income. The Housing Authority building is closed.
Jason, Have You Tried contacting The "Pinellas County Housing Authority"...? I'm Thinking They Will Help You With Your Question. The PCHA, Would Know More About This Question, Better Than I... Look Them Up Online Under The Name : "Pinellas County Housing Authority".
