They have paper work outside to tell you what is needed, so you can fill out and and put it in a box outside, it's not open, wev have been waiting for a year and a half, we got a call about an appointment and my husband he said o kg at and never heard back, so we kept calling to see what number we were on the wait list and was told we were kicked off, this was when the covid started, we tried to call them but no one answered the phone, then we filled out some more paper work and dropped it off there and it's been 2 weeks with no call, my husband is a veteran and disabled, we know people are there because the parking lot has cars in front of building. This is so unfair after waiting so long then getting kicked off for no reason.
