Talk letter to Clerk of Courts with proof paid all rents currently paid. I suggest you apply for senior housing and tell them landlord is wanting you out and prove you have paid all rents. Take copies of receipts put origionals up except for clerk of courts and have her copy and stamp origional copy cost$5. So offical record. Then go to Elder Affairs Services, they can help guide you and advocate if landlord exploiting you as elderly.

You should go on Avvo it's a q&a for questions in regards to legal issues answered by qualified lawyers. It's Avvo.com and on the drop down menu it will say ask a question. Follow the prompts and they can help you. Or you can see if your local county legal aid assist with those types of legal issues. At least they could point you in the direction of a lawyer or organization that can help.

The manager of property will call sheriff, will give you note on your door when you have to move. If you don't move, you'll get one more notice. The sheriff will order you to leave in 10min.
