I received the worst service today which is not normal due to the fact that I having been coming to this location through my entire pregnancy, I got here at 9:30 or a little before and didn’t get called until 10:30 and my baby appt was at 9:40

The doctor was probably behind on their paperwork. They have to fill out a lot of it before they see you.

It's a by-product of scheduling. Dr offices of all size manage for ofc staff time, by wasting YOURS.
