Pavers generally last 30-50 years or longer. As opposed to concrete surfaces, pavers can be easily repaired and replaced, if needed.
You may be surprised to learn that you do not need a contractor's license to install pavers in Tampa for walkways or a driveway. However, if you wish to construct a Florida room or a carport, you are required to have a contractor's license.
