Absolutely horrible. Tried for (6) six months for a Referral to Tower Radiology . Tower called them on my behalf they wasn't able to get the Referral that I needed. .Six to eight months later Igot the news that no woman or man wants. Do not trust these people with your medic care

Long wait & short staffed . Waited on call back for results from MD and no call came . I stoped by a week later to follow up, only to be told doctor wants me to make apt to go over results. Lack of communication throughout facility . Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else !

The worst referral team at the Fletcher location I have never encountered. They have delayed my care from my specialist 4 TIMES! If you are “behind with referrals” HIRE MORE QUALIFIED PEOPLE TO DO THE JOB. Coding was also submitted incorrectly to my insurance. The referral “specialist” had the nerve to ask me what code the insurance needs to complete my authorization! Lady idk!!!! I’m not the one who went to school to learn medical coding and apparently they didn’t either. Horrible.

They literally forgot my wife and I half way through the appointment????? We waited for 45min for our nurse to come back but she never did... When we spoke to the info desk they told us the people needed for blood work have gone on break for another 2 hours??? Literally completely forgot about us waiting in their room and went off on break? Like how does that even happen????

Ladies? More like trolls. They're rude because nobody fires them for it, not so much as a reprimand. I've been there a few times and they were rude every single time.

Yes. But there are only a few of them. The one on Fletcher and Florida, Nebraska and Bird, Osborne and 22nd, Sheldon and Hillsborough, Dale Mabry and Waters, and Westshore before you get to Gandy. Most of the centers have midwives. The only center that has an MD and an ultrasound tech is Osborne and 22nd. Make sure you get with the financial advisor to apply for pregnancy Medicaid and a flyer to apply for WIC if you have not done that already.

I moved out of state so I can't go in. I sent a message through the portal as well and still haven't gotten a response. Whenever I used to call it would dial, give me all the automated questions, and then ring and I would talk to someone but now it doesn't even ring once. It goes straight to the busy signal. :(
Don't come here to this one. The lady up front don't know how yo sign you in proper so it will be a additional wait for no reason and the staff is rude
