You call the number in the back of the card for customer service then it will ask you to type in the number on the card followed by the expiration date then your pin (if required),then wait to see what number you hit on your dial pad to "check balance" that's one way or you can always check when you go to the store ask the cashier you would like to know the balance on your card he or she will then swipe the card a receipt will pop out giving you your balance and done deal hope this helped.
