If you happen to drop your rental off an hour later, do they charge you a whole ano4 day!

I tried that...I realized it was past the pick up time the prior day. I guess the only way is to return it b4 that pick up time. I've been madd at some points I'm talking bout cartoon red steam mad. I dont like rental cars. But I use them

Usually they give you an hour grace, but as P Stokes said call them

Not sure. Best thing to do is call the local number for Budget-Ontario Airport. Very good customer service agents.
