There's usually a line to order and they have 2 seats outside for people to sit. You don't have to reserve but I'd get there early because they do run out of things.
No, you just walk in. And sit outside. They have seating right on the side. Inside is empty. You just go and order
Reservations aren't necessary for cafe service. Only for dine in, inside the bow room.
