We went for the cocktail drinks. They were pretty expensive ($18-23) but were very good. The experience was well worth it too. Phone service was good too. Employees there were very cool too.
To get the real experience with an exclusive tea party is $60 a pop. 5 people was a little steep, but I'm sure would have been nice.

Yes, the stuff at the hello Kitty Cafe is pretty expensive, and I think I remember still having phone service last time I went there (been a while back).
