On September 1 2017 the post office at 4 and d street in Petaluma was not even open at 9am not even 9 39am when it is supposed to be open 9am this is poor service

I completely understand your frustration. Stuff happens like our normal lives. All the postal clerks are human beings.... they could be sick or something happened in their personal lives... that they cannot control. As long as they're not doing it everyday, all is good.
