They sent a confirmation that my package would be delivered on a Friday. It’s Monday and it now says to check back tomorrow because they haven’t entered in any other information regarding my package. I tried calling but the automated message will not connect you to anyone real.. stick with UPS because this post office doesn’t have it together.

If I can give 0 starts I would for USPS as a whole post office service. Where should I begin. First my family sent me items worth of 86 dollars cooking items and they deliver empty damaged box at my door without explaining what happened nor trying to resolve it before they drop off empty box. I called this post office and they tell me there is nothing they can do I have to go online and file a claim. I didn’t know USPS wold lose my stuff so my family sending the items only Insured it for 50 dollars and didn’t know this could happen. Then did the claim and they gave me 50 dollars only after arguing with so many people unwilling to help I just wanted to know what happened to the items. They opened my box and did not even explain what had happened btw it is a federal crime to open someone’s mail and not have an explanation. We had to pay all over again for shipping and items that was lost and used UPS which they delivered in the same condition and timely manner for the same prices. I am glad a business like UPS exist because the luck of empty and rudeness and unhelpful employees here do not deserve your money. They don’t even try to compensate for your time and losses. The worst service.

I go to this post office to mostly send my mom packages. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Sometimes I have my niece with me and they give her a cute sticker to put on her shirt.

I had set my forwarding address date to start on Monday, because I was moving that day. So the post office took it upon themselves to start forwarding all my mail 5 days before that time thus causing me to not have a package I needed during my move across country. I had everything planned in a timely manner in regards to my mail. Now my package is being returned to sender.

This post office has window and p o box services.
what is needed, just give adress as general delivery and at pick up I show my id to get my mail or package? TIm
I completely understand your frustration. Stuff happens like our normal lives. All the postal clerks are human beings.... they could be sick or something happened in their personal lives... that they cannot control. As long as they're not doing it everyday, all is good.
