We use a local baker who supplies us with a great gluten free bread.
Their menu is small and changes seasonally, but definitely has options that are eggs, veggies, potatoes, and meat if you want. My fave is their frittata! I don't know about gluten-free bread options, but as long as you like eggs you should be good to go for breakfast or brunch. Lunch may be a bit tougher, I believe it's mostly sandwiches.
