Last time I dealt with Extra Space on Hearn the customer service was horrible to say the least!! Now that Setha Oum is running the show this time was the complete opposite. Great customer service. Definitely recommend Extra Space on Hearn Ave in Santa Rosa

Well I had a just great experience with Extra Space Storage today. I have had my things there for three years and never really needed anything so I didn’t really have much to say one way or the other about the service Until today. I had lost the keys to my storage unit so the two managers at the Extra Space Storage on Hearn Ave in Santa Rosa told me to come down and they would saw off my lock . They didn’t charge me to do it they were very nice and actually showed me some rocks that have numbers instead of keys which is great for me. All that to say I was not looking forward to calling a locksmith and trying to find a time to go down there and get into my storage unit but they helped me and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.

Managers here are great. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Property is clean and well cared for. Staff is responsive and professional when there's an issue. They treat you like a person and not just another account. They made my storage needs simple and took care of it all.
