Wanted to get the cracked screen of my wife's laptop repaired. Took it to Best Buy. They said they would send it out to Kentucky for repair with a three week turnaround. That did not work for us. Best Buy recommended Santa Rosa Computer. Santa Rosa Computer took a look at the laptop, ordered the replacement screen, let me take the laptop home, called me when the me screen was in hand, and replaced the screen in a couple hours. Price was very reasonable.

High prices and not a great selection of parts, but they might have what you need in a pinch if you call ahead.

The technician Jackson seem to be fair but I had a unusual problem and they told me I would be able to get it fixed it was just a fan on my HP laptop and when they remove the drive then they called me back and said they couldn’t access my files so they didn’t leave a good feeling to me but I don’t wanna say they’re a bad company but it was an older computer it was working completely great until he took it apart and went to access some files so that’s the only reason I gave them that kind of rating Are used to be an auto mechanic and a sheet-metal worker and I know things go wrong sometimes I was just disappointed that they couldn’t repair my old laptop but Jacqueline was really helpful and said if I had problems with the laptop he could login remotely and maybe solve some of my problems on the new one so I will get give a good rating on that but I just don’t like that that he wasn’t able to get my old laptop running

Really competent practical advice and work on my computer. I love that they recycle old cables and parts when possible. We've used Santa Rosa computers for years and taken our own electronics there for recycling. we've bought things from them and they've serviced our computers for both our businesses. This time I thought I had a significant problem but they turned out to find a very basic and simple problem and solved it quickly. I'm really grateful to have these guys in town.

You'll have to call them. I'm just customer
Don't know the answer
Not sure but call them to find out. Get your answer from them, don't rely on reading post from folks you don't know and have probably Never met.
I'm not sure but you can certainly give them a call, 570-2040. They are open until 4:00 pm. Or you can send a message to them through their website, santarosacomputers.com, which states they have hardware.
The answer is no, Microsoft Security Essentials wont protect you. Microsoft has stopped supporting Windows 7 and is not sending out any more security patches which mean your antivirus software will stop catching any new virus after January 14. You will need to buy a new laptop. I dont recommend upgrading your current one due to its age. After five years hardware can begin to fail. And you'll need at least 8 gigabytes of memory to run windows 10. If your laptop doesn't have it then I'm not sure you want to invest any money or effort into upgrading it.
No sorry we don't carry Apple.
You need to go to a computer professional. Santa Rosa Computers are the best.
In house repairs are $80 per hour. A Windows installation without data generally takes 2 hours.
