Kyle is the best!...from my phone conversation to when I got to the storage facility, showing me my unit, paperwork and out in under 20 minutes...ooh her office was clinically clean. I recently rented a storage unit at SmartStop Self Storage, and Renee and Luna were both absolutely wonderful in every way. Patient and kind communication, clean facilities, and I never felt rushed when asking questions or moving our stuff in. Moving personal belongings into storage is already daunting enough; the pleasant and helpful interactions with them confirmed 110% that my choice of using SS for our storage needs was the right move. Called in about pricing.(wanting to move storage facilities from where we are at now) and when I talked with Renae, she was super helpful and professional. Not all people are customer service oriented, but she made it simple and easy. I'd totally recommend anyone that needs a storage place with good people, she is the girl to talk to and the place to go!!!
